The first of these events was a Painting competition at the Govt. High School, Yousufguda on 25th January 2010. The competition was held for two categories – Juniors (Classes VI-VII) and Seniors (Classes VIII – IX). The response received during this event was tremendous, with the students actively participating and bringing out their creative geniuses onto their canvas. The event resembled the climax scene of the movie Taare Zameen Par!
Sumedha Saraogi, VP, Global Business Development and Branding and Hatim Adenwala, Sr VP, Human Resources at DQE were the Guests of Honour for the Prize Distribution ceremony that took place on 29th January 2010 in the school premises.
